Online Store Goals

The development of our website, to request budgets, has been designed in order to provide you, anytime and anywhere, information on all the products we have usually in stock.

Our range is wide and serves virtually all areas, from porcelain, cutlery and tableware, kitchen supplies, Housekeeping, Catering, Equipment and Supplies.

In our catalogue you will have access to all the information and characteristics of each article. The products presented in our online catalogue do not have price information, so to get it you must select the item for the budget request.

In the top bar of our website is the "CATALOGUE" button that displays various categories / product areas.

By clicking on each of these categories you will have access to all the items that are usually available in stock, except any rupture of stock.

You can select the items to the budget request, or mark them as favourites for later requests. The articles present description, characteristics and occasionally demonstration videos or product sheets. Some images are merely illustrative and may not correspond to the product concerned.

Palma and Palma is not responsible for disruptions of stock or discontinued items.

Returns or Exchanges

The customer has 15 days from the invoice date to return, exchange or request a refund of the article in question, whenever any of the following happens:

• Sending the wrong item;

• The article does not correspond to the description;

Returns, exchanges or requests for refund of items that are not part of the usual range of products in stock will not be accepted.

Warranty

Items sold by Palma and Palma are intended for professional use. In situations where the buyer, legal entity or individual is a professional user, that is, intended assets acquired for business purposes, the guarantee is "6 months after the delivery of the thing, if the contract does not have differently or if uses do not establish a longer period (Article 921º # 2 CC). "

Shipping & Freight costs

The amount of delivery costs or delivery varies depending on the package weight, the carrier and the type of payment. The amount of delivery costs is presented to the user in the budget to send later.

Shipping can be made throughout the country from 24 to 48 hours, and the information will be presented in the budget to send later.
