How can I create an account at Palma e Palma?

To create an account at Palma e Palma, simply click on the user icon at the top right of the website, click on "register here", and fill in the requested information.

You will receive a confirmation email with your login details.

By creating an account, you will be able to manage orders and returns, invoices, and access your customer account history.

I can't find the product I need. What should I do?

Two situations may occur: the product exists in our catalog but you cannot find it, or we do not sell that product or brand.

If you have previously purchased that product, you can search using the product code shown on the invoice or by its description.

In any case, you can always contact us. Contact us.

How can I view my order history?

To check the history of all your orders, simply click on the user icon to log in.

After clicking "login", you can view in your "Dashboard" all the orders placed with us, as well as your account balance.

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is available in your online customer account under "Orders -> left side menu -> invoices".

If you did not create an account (guest checkout), you will receive an email with the invoice. If you do not receive it, please contact us at dep.financeiro@palma-palma.pt/.

How can I make a purchase?

To buy from Palma & Palma simply:

  • Browse the online store or search for the desired product;
  • Add the product(s) to the cart;
  • Go to the shopping cart;
  • Log in or register;
  • Enter your address and choose the shipping method;
  • Select the payment method;
  • Confirm and complete the purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email and later the carrier tracking information.

I want to change my password. What should I do?

To change and/or recover your password, when logging in, click the "recover password" option.

Enter your email and you will receive a code which you must enter in the next step.

Then simply follow the instructions to create a new password.
